By accessing or using G-OS.AI and related services ("Services") provided by InnoWave Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

G-OS.AI is an Autonomous Enterprise Operating System that provides AI infrastructure orchestration, identity and security management, federated governance, and real-time analytics capabilities. The Services may include web applications, APIs, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of InnoWave Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOWAVE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
